147 Club – New Online Affiliation Form is Live!

Home » 147 Club – New Online Affiliation Form is Live!

It’s now easier than ever for English snooker clubs to affiliate to and renew their 147 Club membership online.

A new online form with superior functionality has now gone live as part of the recently launched new EPSB website.

The 147 Club has grown in recent months, with new members from all over the country.   These include Maltings Q Club in Norfolk, well-known for many years as an excellent hub for both billiards and snooker activity; Landywood Snooker Club in the West Midlands, which has had a major refurbishment under new ownership; as well as long-standing clubs Fareham Snooker Club in Hampshire and Avenue Billiard Club in Hertfordshire.

They join over 80 clubs affiliated to the governing body and meeting the minimum standards of welfare and safety in the club environment.  Those include two clubs using the new online system to renew their memberships, namely Snape Snooker Club in Suffolk and Annunciation Snooker Club in East Sussex.

The expansion of the 147 Club has established a more substantial network of clubs, enabling more effective dissemination of Covid-19 guidance during the past 18 months, a wider base of host clubs for competitions, more opportunity to share good practice or raise queries through our 147 Club Members Facebook group and the opportunity to make use of our expanding range of exclusive supply partner deals.

With national development initiatives such as the EPSB junior programme and the EPSB Open Series, it’s a superb time to be part of the 147 Club alliance.
