Home » EPSB Annual General Meeting 2025

The English Partnership for Snooker and Billiards (EPSB) held its latest Annual General Meeting (AGM) online on Friday 19 December.

The positions of Tessa Davidson (Player Director) and Rohit Sagoo (Independent Non-Executive Director) were subject to formal ratification at the meeting and were approved with unanimous support of the membership present.

The latest EPSB accounts were also unanimously approved during the meeting, following which the EPSB Board took questions from the membership.

Matt Huart, EPSB CEO, also delivered a tournament operations update and addressed the progress made in recent seasons with participation levels and increased prize money levels, as well as future growth plans.

Nigel Mawer QPM, EPSB Chairman said: “I would like to thank everyone who attended today’s AGM which marked the end of a strong year for amateur snooker development in England.

“On the table it has been heartening to see many of our players enjoy success representing their country internationally over the past 12 months, while in domestic events we have continued to see high entry numbers across many of our national tours and national championship events.

“We were also excited to successfully stage the inaugural English Disability Championship with the support of the Northern Snooker Centre, as well as the first English Women’s Open Day at the Landywood Snooker Club, both of which proved to be popular and inclusive events in recent months.

“Finally, I would like to congratulate both Tessa Davidson and Rohit Sagoo, whose directorships were today formally ratified by the membership. I look forward to working with both as part of our wider team as we look to take English snooker to the next level over the coming years.”
