The 2025 English Billiards Championship takes place this weekend (24-25 May) at the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds.

The Championship, won last year by Robert Hall, is the national billiards championship for players in England. A field of 22 players will compete for the title including Hall, who is aiming for a fourth consecutive national crown.

Venue

This year’s English Billiards Championship will be hosted by the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds. The address for the venue can be found below:

Format

The championship is groups, followed by knockouts.

  • Saturday’s format will be round robin groups (no seeding) with players qualifying to Sunday’s knockout rounds
  • Sunday’s format will be straight knockout
