The English Partnership for Snooker and Billiards is delighted to announce that the EPSB English Women’s Snooker Open will return for a second edition on Saturday 17th September at The Winchester in Leicester.
The inaugural edition of the event was held in August 2021 and won by Rebecca Kenna, who has since also claimed the English Women’s Snooker Championship and been promoted to the World Snooker Tour.
Host venue The Winchester have kindly sponsored the tournament, and there is a guaranteed prize fund of £400 also on offer. The winner will collect £200, the runner-up £100, and the semi-finalists £50 each.
The Winchester English Women’s Snooker Open will be completed in one day. The format of the event is to be confirmed – it will be dependent on the number of entries received – but players will be scheduled to play at least two matches.
Entries for the 2022 The Winchester English Women’s Snooker Open will open on Monday 15th August at 12pm. Entries will close on Friday 9th September at 12pm. You can enter via snookerscores.net here.
