The finals weekend of the 2026 English League Championship takes place on 13-14 June at the Landywood Snooker Club.

Now into its third year, the 2026 English League Championship sees a revamped format with teams competing for a minimum total prize fund of £3,000. Learn more about the new format.

A total of 14 teams have advanced from the two qualifying weekends and will now compete to be crowned the champion on Sunday.

TEAMS

Group A

  • SWMBSA ‘A’ (Jack Harris, Daniel Ward, Riley Parsons)
  • Leeds ADT One (Richard Binns, Chris Hart, Tommy Doherty)
  • Shifnal (Martin Coffey, Mick Brezwyn, Steve Powell, Jamie Harris, Craig Campbell)
  • Oxford Snooker League (John Massey, Tessa Davidson, Tony Hicks)
  • Q Bar Under-21’s (Bobby Wilson, Archie Buskin, Toby Smith)
  • Balls of Fury (Jamie Dunlop, Matt Morgan, James Burrows, Alex Swatton, Stefan Clark)
  • Hull EY (Jamie Gibson, Carl Gibson, Josh Douglas, John Howard)

Group B

  • Whitchurch Weapons (Mike Dorey, Michael Dubicki, Robert Dubicki, John Fallows)
  • Wednesfield (Oliver Spooner, Andrew Price, Paul Deaville, Alan Hathaway)
  • Preston’s Elite (Anthony Wall, Jackson Pope, Jack Wilding, Conor Walsh)
  • SWMBSA ‘B’ (Bal Sembi, Raj Bashal, Adrian Rosa, Chris Rosa)
  • Leeds (James Pears, Scott Clayforth, Isa Ishtiaq)
  • Pick a Pocket (Chris Cooke, Jamie Agius, Tony Broadbent)
  • Leeds ADT Two (Lewis Harper, Lee Brookes, Stephen Broadhead)

The top four teams in each group will advance to Sunday’s quarter-final stage where a straight knockout will then determine the champions on Sunday afternoon.

SWMBSA ‘B’ feature four members of last year’s winning team, while SWMBSA ‘A’, Leeds ADT Two and Wednesfield are the form sides having won the three respective qualifying groups.

Notable names include former English Amateur champion Paul Deaville (Wednesfield), former World Women’s Seniors Snooker champion Tessa Davidson (Oxford Snooker League) and reigning Group 4 World Disability Snooker champion Carl Gibson (Hull EY).
