EPSB Annual General Meeting 2022

The English Partnership for Snooker and Billiards (EPSB) held its latest Annual General Meeting online earlier today (Thursday 15 December).

The positions of Nigel Mawer QPM (Disability Inclusion Director and Chair), and Joshua Cooper (Player Director) were subject to formal ratification at the meeting, with both approved with unanimous support of the membership present.

The latest EPSB accounts were also approved during the meeting.

Nigel Mawer QPM said: “On behalf of the Board of Directors and our Operations Team, I would like to thank the EPSB membership for their continued support.

“This year has seen some fantastic snooker played across the country, whether at elite level with national titles contested, or at grassroots with the support of the many hard-working volunteers and organisers at our clubs and academies.

“Allied to the continued growth of important projects outside of competition, including our official club affiliation scheme the 147 Club, and important development projects backed by Sport England such as our summer schools programme, I am confident that the future is bright for our sport in this country.”
